Our mailing services start with printing, but it's so much more.
Not sure of your target audience? No worries. The Every Door Direct Mail® system covers all your bases so no mailbox is left unfilled. We'll do postcards, self-mailers, letters, newsletters, invitations. If you need it mailed, we'll take care of it all.
Postal Discount/Flat Rate Option
One of the biggest reasons to use our mailing services is the postage savings. The average postage savings is 40% over what you would pay by mailing yourself. We even have flat rate options available as low as $0.268 for standard mail and $0.1527 for non profit mail with no minimums on quantity.
Mail List processing
Mail list processing is included with every mail job. It is an important part of the process for postal discounts and to make sure you aren't wasting money sending mail that won't get delivered.
CASS Certification
Matches every address in your list to an address in the post office database and standardizes it to the USPS preferred format. This makes sure you have a deliverable address and if it's not deliverable we can remove it from the mail list since the post office will just throw it away anyway
NCOA updates
NCOA stands for National Change of Address. These are the people who have filed a change of address with the post office. We process your list through the postal national change of address database. When someone has moved their address is updated before printing and mailing. Did you know if you don't process your list through the NCOA database you will be forced to pay the post office a very expensive rate for forwarding or return service?
Duplicate Removal
Lets face it, you probably have some duplicates in your mail list. We can remove them, either by person or household.
Postal Presorting
For the best postage discounts your mail is required to be presorted before we give it to the post office.
Intelligent Mail bar-coding
Generating an intelligent mail bar-code also further reduces postage costs as well as opens up other options such as mail tracking.
Reports
We can generate reports from our processing so you can update your master database.
